Agreement and eligibility
These terms apply to transportation arranged with CREST, operated by Crest Aspen LLC. The person accepting a reservation confirms that they are at least 18 years old, are authorized to act for the traveling party and will provide these terms to other passengers when relevant.
Requests, quotes and confirmation
A website submission is a request only. Availability, vehicle capacity, itinerary and price must be reviewed by CREST. A reservation is confirmed only after CREST sends written confirmation and the customer accepts it and completes any required payment or deposit. Quotes may expire at the time stated and may change if the itinerary or service requirements change.
Pricing and the service charge
The written quote will identify the base fare, a mandatory 20% CREST service charge, any disclosed taxes, tolls, parking, airport, waiting or special-request charges, and the total price. The service charge is retained by CREST as business revenue and supports driver compensation, scheduling, administration, insurance, vehicle preparation and the delivery of service. It is not a gratuity or tip.
Any additional gratuity is voluntary, is determined by the customer and is intended for the chauffeur. A customer is never required to add a gratuity beyond the confirmed total.
Payment
Payment timing and accepted methods will be stated in the confirmation or invoice. The customer authorizes CREST to collect the confirmed amount and any later charges the customer approves or that are expressly permitted by these terms, such as additional waiting time or customer-caused damage. Past-due amounts may prevent future reservations.
Cancellations and changes
Reservations are subject to the Cancellation Policy and any trip-specific terms stated in the written confirmation. When trip-specific terms differ, the written confirmation controls.
Passenger and luggage information
The customer must provide accurate passenger, luggage, ski-equipment, flight and access information. CREST may decline or revise service when the actual party or equipment cannot be transported safely or legally. Seat-belt use is required. Child-seat and accessibility needs must be disclosed and confirmed in advance.
Passenger conduct
Passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions and may not smoke, use illegal substances, threaten or harass others, damage the vehicle, or ask the chauffeur to operate illegally or unsafely. CREST may end or refuse service when conduct creates a safety, legal or property risk. The customer is responsible for reasonable cleaning, repair or replacement costs caused by the traveling party beyond ordinary use.
Timing and events beyond CREST's control
Pickup and arrival times are estimates affected by weather, road conditions, traffic, closures, aviation operations and other circumstances outside CREST's reasonable control. CREST does not guarantee that a passenger will make a flight, event or connection and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from a delay or disruption outside its reasonable control.
Personal property
Passengers are responsible for their belongings. CREST will make reasonable efforts to locate and return reported lost property, but is not responsible for items left in the vehicle except to the extent required by law. Shipping or delivery costs may be charged to the owner.
Website information
CREST works to keep route, vehicle and service information accurate, but website content is general information and is not a binding quote or guarantee. The written confirmation for a specific reservation controls.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability and applicable law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CREST is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by Colorado law, and disputes will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Pitkin County, Colorado, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Updates
CREST may update these terms prospectively. The terms accepted with a confirmed reservation govern that reservation unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
